Memorial Day Weekend

We had the Fuller's up to celebrate Memorial Day weekend.. the boys conned us into watching some big car race (I don't know which one). And then we enjoyed the sunny afternoon running through the sprinklers (well the girlies ran, we watched), drinking raspberry lemonade, and eating boursin and crackers! :) Alyka and Madeline are getting so big!

Rose + Jessy

I can't even begin to talk about how much fun it was to shoot this e-session with Rose and Jessy. They drove up to Bellingham to shoot photos at Marine Park, where they were engaged! :) The tide was super low, so we had fun splashing and playing in the bay. After we were all dried up, we went to this fun wall to finish off the photo shoot. I had stumbled across it while driving one day, and noticed that someone had cut a heart shape into a wall of ivy. I knew immediately that I wanted to take Rose and Jessy to the "Heart." As soon as that finished a train came by. I was able to photograph a special kiss with the train blowing its horn in the background (cough cough...totally planned of course... cough cough). Thanks Rose and Jessy for a wonderful afternoon. I hope you enjoy your photos!

Maddie Doodles

Madeline has been drawing people! :) The strange one that doesn't look so humanly is a "whale." (Ok, so they all don't look "humanly" but you get the idea).

Swingin' in the Park

Well, we have finally had a handful of sunny days in Washington. But sunny does not mean warm... (notice Madeline is wearing her winter coat). But, sunny does mean that there is a chance the playground equipment will be dry. Chris, Madeline and I enjoyed our 40 degrees sunny afternoon swinging at the park. Madeline has even almost mastered pumping! I just can't help but laugh when her only idea for dinner conversation is on "pumping." Can I just be 4 again?!
